Time seems to be going too quickly. The girls will be SIX in six days!! We celebrated with their best friends yesterday. I can't believe how much they have grown! They can tie their shoes now, tell you their phone number and address, have a bunch of sight words under their belt, and are amazing me with everything lately.
Today I had the pleasure of joining their class for their first in-class field trip. We were suppossed to go to the fire station, but something came up with the firefighters and they had to come to the school instead. The kids got to spray the hose, and go in the fire truck, and learn about when to call 9-1-1. It was fun to see how they interact in their class. Mikayla is such a busy body, and has a hard time being still, and Brianna is quiet, reserved and soaks everything in. It's so interesting. I don't feel like Brianna was so quiet six months ago. I feel like her losing her Godmother has put this sadness around her that I am really really trying to work on. It's so hard though when every time I bring up Anna to her I end up in tears. It'll be six months tomorrow...and I'm praying that my girl and I get strength from the Lord for the days/weeks/months/years ahead.
My baby boy turns two on Thursday! Seriously, slow down, time!! We leave Friday for our weekend at Disney! I can't wait to celebrate my three amazing blessings. I'm so grateful to be their Mom.
